I am a professionally trained life coach
and a graduate of Coach U's accredited coach
training program. As a nurse, I have worked
with individuals and their families to educate them about their current
state of health and methods to improve their well-being.
As a coach, I partner with motivated individuals
who want to make changes in their lives and think "outside the box".
Some may not know what change they want to make, however, they are willing
to explore and discover what matters most to them and how they want to
improve their life. I have a special focus of my coaching for new and
expecting parents. I love working with new moms to help ease the transition
into parenthood while maintaining a sense of self and balance.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Nursing from James
Madison University and my Masters Degree in Health Promotion Management
from Marymount University. I am also a Certified Health Education Specialist
(CHES). I have developed/delivered classes and workshops on Making Positive
Changes, Stress Management, Behavior Change, Communication, Perceptions,
Supervision, Delegation, Energy Drains, Setting Boundaries, Healthy Living
and Wellness.
I have enjoyed traveling throughout the United States,
including Alaska and Hawaii, and to New Zealand, England, Germany, Spain,
Denmark & Holland.
